As you've probably gathered my name is Niki, I'm 17 and I'm travelling around Japan for a month. 3 years ago I studied Japanese for 9 months and I have been planning this trip ever since.
This is the first time I've written a blog. I wanted to do it so that I can document my trip and so that my friends and family can keep up with what I'm doing.
My average accommodation budget per night is £20 and I've got a JR pass so I can hop on trains and travel to all 4 islands and visit most of the main tourist destinations.
